Your Safety Comes First
Your safety is our top priority. Our boats, equipment, and skippers meet all requirements set by the Swedish Transport Agency. Every trip starts with a safety briefing, and you must follow the skipper’s instructions at all times.
Weather and Route Changes
Weather conditions in the archipelago can change quickly. The skipper may change the route, shorten the trip, or cancel the journey if safety requires it.
- If we cancel the trip before departure, you’ll get a full refund or can reschedule.
- If the trip is shortened or adjusted during the journey, no refund applies.
Physical Requirements
RIB trips involve high‑speed boating. You should be in good health and able to handle movement and impacts.
Please tell us in advance if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions that could affect your safety. The skipper can deny boarding if participation is considered unsafe.
Alcohol, Behaviour, and Safety
Passengers who are intoxicated, behave aggressively, or put others at risk may be refused boarding or removed from the trip—without refund.
Personal Belongings
You bring phones, cameras, and other valuables at your own risk. Water, weather, and movement can damage electronics. We recommend leaving valuables on shore or using waterproof protection.
Bookings and Cancellations
- Cancel more than 4 weeks before: no charge
- Cancel less than 4 weeks before: pay 50%
- Cancel less than 1 week before: pay 100%
If you cancel because of weather but we consider conditions safe, normal cancellation rules apply.
Photos and Videos
Photos or videos may be taken during trips and used for marketing. If you do not want this, please tell us in writing before the event.
Insurance and Liability
You are covered by required passenger insurance. However, boating involves inherent risks, and we cannot be held responsible for injuries or losses caused by normal operational risks or weather conditions, as permitted by Swedish law.

We handle your personal data responsibly and according to GDPR.
